## SAVANT AI
Product in production with paying customers. One client group (INXEL) with 3 brands live.

- In production with 3 telecom brands from the INXEL group (inXel, Jamachulel and XAP): voice, WhatsApp and email.
- Live since mid-2026; recurring revenue shared with KYC of ~US$3,200/month.
- Active invoicing (series MEN-2026) and daily operations with human handoff.

## Menteia KYC
Product in production with a client paying per use. Engine reused in other Menteia products.

- In production with the INXEL group (3 telecom brands: inXel, Jamachulel and XAP).
- ~950 verifications and ~720 decisions logged in the first weeks (as of 06-Oct-2026).
- Part of the ~US$3,200/month recurring revenue shared with SAVANT AI.

## Vamo
Pilot with a top-tier brand. No recurring revenue yet; conversion to a paid contract expected at the end of the pilot.

- Pilot underway with Ford and Lincoln in Mexico: 3 locations.
- Full product in demo: kiosk, WhatsApp, test drive, KYC, loan, signature and CRM.
- Public price set: US$324 per kiosk per month.

## Menteia Hedge
MVP in production (paper trading). Market validation stage.

- 12-analyst committee, risk officer, backtests, daily signals and paper portfolios in production.
- Idea stage, technically validated; no paying users yet.

## Seguro Sin Vueltas
Pilot in production, no revenue yet. Full infrastructure in place (agent, CRM, websites, analytics).

- Platform in production (pilot) since July 2026: website, WhatsApp agent and advisor CRM.
- Operated by VITAE Asesores (vitaeasesores.com), its corporate brand: a network of partner doctors and HR teams with free advisory, tools and a CRM to follow up on every case.
- Real case metrics still to be documented (test data was wiped in Jul–Sep).

## Sommelier IA
Deployment for one showcase customer. Next step: turn it into a replicable template and sell to other businesses.

- Showcase case in production: sergiocamacho.pro (Chef Sergio Camacho, Mexico City) with voice sommelier and WhatsApp concierge.
- Product deployed since mid-2026.
- Use-case stage: no other customers or recurring revenue yet.

## Copiloto Aero
Product in production with one anchor customer. No recurring revenue reported yet.

- In production at INDUMET (aerospace quoting): real inbox, live CRM and historical data ingested.
- 929 past quotes, 4,600 line items and 29 historical customers as the knowledge base.
- 7 INDUMET team members operating the cockpit.

## PlaneTech Air Express
Operating with an anchor customer. Sales still to be documented (the only recurring revenue reported today comes from KYC and SAVANT AI).

- Operating since August 2026 with ALE (Toluca) as an active customer.
- AI agent in production: chat intake, PartsBase search, automatic RFQs, reply reading and PDF proposals.
- Real RFQs sent to suppliers (e.g., 8 suppliers for a single part number) and replies classified automatically.

## RosettaDMS
Demo stage: product defined and demo you can click through, no pilot or revenue. Reuses the computer-use agents, voice and orchestration of the Menteia platform.

- Site and interactive demo live at rosettadms.menteia.com (console with fictional dealers and figures).
- Pilot program defined: 4 dealers on 4 different DMS in 30 days.
- Allo integration designed (MCP, webhooks and API); no customers or running pilot yet.
